OUR PROGRAMS
Our mission at QWE is to provide opportunities and education to marginalized individuals who have been overlooked and undersupported. Every program has the interests of our community at the core of its creation and aims to support anyone and everyone who wants to participate.
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Queer mentees will be paired with allies in their area of interest, and work to create a “Capstone Project” focused on bettering the esports industry for everyone. Mentees will also be provided with technology to improve their participation, have access to mentee-exclusive workshops and resources, and be eligible for a $5,000 scholarship made possible by AimLab.
